What is EyeSubscribe?
EyeSubscribe subscription contact lens service is the easiest and most convenient way to keep your eyes happy and healthy. Just mark your contact lens order "EyeSubscribe" and a new subscription will be created.
When your supply is running low (we’ll know based on your prescription), we’ll automatically process your order, collect payment information and send the order to your doctor for final approval. Once approved, we’ll process the order and ship lenses right to your door, right on time.
Your contact lens prescription determines how often we’ll send contacts to refresh your supply. Delivery frequency is determined by the manufacturer specification for product usage and can be as often as a monthly shipment or as low as twice a year. The quantity we ship is also determined by the delivery frequency. The great news is, you don’t have to keep all that straight. Simply subscribe and we’ll take care of everything.
We’ll keep your EyeSubscribe subscription going until you OR your doctor cancels it. You also have the option to pause your subscription if you need to. Go to your Order History page to view and manage your subscription.
We make payments quick and easy by using the credit or debit card saved to your account. To update your card info, go to the Edit Credit Card page. If your card is declined or missing, the subscription will be paused and we’ll notify you right away. You can update your card information to resume the subscription.

What is Text2Order?
Text2Order is an easy, convenient way to reorder—you’ll never have to worry about running out of lenses! Fifteen days before you’re expected to run out of lenses (based on your prescription), we’ll send you a text reminder to reorder. You can reorder, snooze or cancel your order with a simple text. Happy, healthy eyes made easy.
We’ll send you a text 15 days before you’re set to run out of contacts. This is determined by the prescribed lens usage (Daily Lenses, Weekly Lenses, etc).
How to stop texts?
Need a break? If you’d like to stop the reminder texts, simply reply "cancel" and we’ll cancel your enrollment. You can also cancel enrollment by logging in to your YourStore account and going to the Enrollments page under the Account menu. You can always re-enroll the next time you place a contact lens order.
If you just need a little more time, you can "snooze" the message and we’ll send another text in five days.

By selecting Continue, you are acknowledging your enrollment in EyeSubscribe, and authorize the processing of your credit card as each scheduled order is shipped.
If you do not want to enroll in EyeSubscribe, please select Cancel, and deselect the EyeSubscribe check box from items in your cart.
